AHD 0.50 Dia Speaker 13 mm (0.5") dia, 3 mm (0.125") H 8 0.1. This is the smallest speaker we have for DCC. The sound output is acceptable. Use when there are no other choices. Use 5 Ohm 1/2 W resistor in series with either Soundtraxx speaker lead to protect from overload! N & HO scales.

AHD 0.63 Dia Speaker 16 mm (0.63") dia, 3 mm (0.125") H 8 0.1This speaker produces good volumes when properly enclosed in AHD Enclosure and fits in HO, narrow body diesels and N tenders.

AHD 0.75 Dia Speaker 19 mm (0.75") dia, 3 mm (0.125") H 8 0.1Produces good volumes when properly enclosed in AHD Enclosure. We also use two speakers, back to back. Suitable for N scale steam tenders and almost all HO narrow body diesels. Use 5 ohm resistor as stated above. N & HO scales.

AHD 1.00 Dia Speaker 25 mm (1.0") dia, 5.1 mm (0.2") H 8 0.1. This is good choice for HO modelers. Produces great sound in many HO Diesels when used with AHD Enclosure and most HO steam using the tender for enclosure. This may fit where the 1.10” below may not! HO & larger scales.

AHD 1.10 Dia Speaker 28 mm (1.1") dia, 5.1 mm (0.2") H 8 0.1. This is the # 1 choice for HO modelers. Produces great sound in many HO Diesels when used with AHD Enclosure and most HO steam using the tender for enclosure. Use 5 Ohm resistor as above. HO & larger scales.

AHD 1.20 Dia Speaker 30 mm (1.2") dia, 5.1 mm (0.2") H 8 0.1. This is good choice for large HO Steam tenders Produces great sound. Use 5 Ohm resistor as above. HO & larger scales.

AHD Mini Oval Speaker 24 x 14 mm (0.95" x 0.55"), 4 mm (0.16") H 8 0.4 Suitable for narrow hood, HO Diesels and some N Steam tenders!

AHD Small Oval Speaker 35 x 16 mm (1.38" x 0.63"), 8 mm (0.32") H 8 1.0 Suitable for narrow hood, HO Diesels.

AHD Medium Oval Speaker 35 x 20 mm (1.38" x 0.79"), 8 mm (0.32") H 8 0.3. This speaker is perfect for narrow HO tenders and some HO narrow diesels especially with dynamic brake fairings. HO and larger scales.

AHD Large Oval Speaker 40 x 28 mm (1.57" x 1.10"), 11 mm (0.43") H 8 1.0. This speaker is the #1 choice for HO steam tenders and some wide cab HO diesels. It provides maximum output available for HO and also works well in larger scales.
